21 Nijuuichi Opens Its Door At Duxton Hill Serving Authentic Japanese Omakase
Apart from the array of Japanese restaurants like Miyu and Raku Raku Japanese Dining you may find in Tanjong Pagar, keep your eyes peeled on 21 Nijuuichi! They are a newly opened restaurant in Duxton Hill serving authentic Edomae Sushi-style Omakase with creative flair and nuanced flavours. Its name, Nijuuichi - meaning “21”, is created from its flagship address, 21 Duxton Hill.
Look forward to an intimate fine dining experience at this cosy restaurant, decked in a minimalist interior with a wooden counter bar and chairs filling the space. Watch how the Head Chef, Marcus Yan, a disciple of renowned Chef Yoshio Nogawa, and his team prepare your dishes using only the finest and freshest seafood flown directly from Tokyo’s Toyosu Market.
21 Nijuuichi offer lunch omakase, TAKE ($158+++) and MATSU at $208+++, and dinner omakase, UMI ($288+++) and YAMA ($358+++). You may expect different dishes served as it changes with the season.
