1. Sushi Yujo
Sushi Yujo, helmed by veteran Singaporean chef Desmond Fong, has just opened its door in Tanjong Pagar for you to enjoy a taste of a value-for-money Omakase experience!
This charming restaurant welcomes you with a unique entrance featuring a futuristic garden with textured stone walls and a piece of an exquisite mirror-finish bonsai art piece. Enjoy your dinner over its 13-seater main sushi counter and watch the chef cook up the dishes for you. Or, you may dine in its Ryu Room which seats up to 10, and Hana Room which offers a private counter that seats six persons.
Sushi Yujo offers Lunch and Dinner Omakase menus. You may expect delectable dishes like A5 Wagyu, Glazed Foie Gras, Awabi Abalone with housemade Liver sauce, and 5 kinds of Sashimi prepared using ingredients from Toyosu Market in Tokyo.
The Lunch Omakase menu is priced at $98 (Rikai) and $198 (Shinrai) while the Dinner Omakase menu is priced at $288 (Yujo) and $348 (Shinzoku). If you have a smaller appetite or choose to go on a sushi experience, you can opt for the Hogo or Chusei priced at $198 each.

2. Shin Yasuke
Shin Yasuke is a new 14-seater Japanese restaurant offering a sushi-only omakase dining experience in a cozy and modern space! It is a new project started by Chef Tomoo Kimura and his team behind a Michelin-starred restaurant, Sushi Kimura.
The Sushi-Only Omakase is priced at $180++ that includes 15 pieces of seasonal sushi, nigiri, or handrolls made with fresh ingredients sourced directly from Chef Tomoo Kimura’s exclusive partners.
