Sake lovers, it's time to raise your glasses once again! The much-anticipated Sake Festival by Orihara Shoten is making its return to Singapore for its ninth year, showcasing an extraordinary selection of over 300 sake labels from 30 esteemed breweries across Japan.

This year, the festival is moving to a more spacious, air-conditioned venue, at Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre, Level 4, Hall 404, on 15 June 2023 (Saturday), from 2 to 7pm, promises double the space for an even more enjoyable experience.
Meet the masters behind these exceptional sakes as toji (brewers) and kurabito (brewery representatives) from renowned Japanese breweries helm the booths. Get a chance to dive into the rich world of sake, where you can discover the intricate brewing processes and explore the importance of ingredients.

Japanese Sake Breweries & Special Sakes
This year's festival features standout breweries like Makino Brewery from Gunma Prefecture, renowned for its Macho and Osakazuki sake. With over 330 years of history, Makino Brewery proudly boasts its Osakazuki sake, which has won Gold Medals over 20 times in national contests. Don't miss their featured sake: Macho Omachi.
Another notable brewery is Nabedana from Chiba Prefecture, known for its Fudoh sake. Be sure to try their featured sake: Fudoh Junmai Daiginjou.

Certified Sake Sommeliers Crew
In addition, for the first time, the Sake Festival will feature eight certified sake sommeliers, ready to offer expert recommendations on sake and food pairings.

Japanese Izakaya “Yokocho” Food Alley
That's not all! Immerse yourself in the authentic ambiance of a Japanese izakaya at the festival, curated by seven acclaimed chefs from Tanjong Pagar's Japanese restaurants, who call themselves the “Tanpaga” chefs. Delight in dishes like Udon noodles with Hannosuke ten no neta, Tenuki, Hokki-gai, and Crab (Kani) cream croquette, among others.
