Feasting on a Budget: 5 Affordable Omakase Restaurants Below $80 in Singapore!
Ready to indulge in some authentic Japanese food but your wallet’s crying out in protest? Fret not, because we’ve discovered 5 affordable omakase restaurants in Singapore just for you!
Omakase (お任せ), which means “I will leave it to you”, is a Japanese tradition where dishes are selected entirely by the chef. You’ll be kept on the edge of your seat throughout the entire meal with the excitement of not knowing what comes next, but knowing that your taste buds will be pleasantly surprised!
Because omakase traditionally makes use of seasonal ingredients of the finest quality, the result is a dizzying array of extravagant, artistic dishes that can cost up to a few hundred dollars! What?! Cue me crying in the corner because my taste is too expensive for my own good...
But the 5 restaurants we introduce to you today all offer omakase sets $70++ and below, cheaper alternatives that don’t break the bank but still fill your tummy with delicious goodness…yum.
