New Kappo Restaurant That Takes You On A Multi-Sensory Dining Experience

If you are an adventurous food lover, Restaurant Imamura, a new Kappo restaurant is the right place for you!

A Michelin-starred chef, Hirofumi Imamura, who has more than 20 years of experience in culinary management and expertise in sushi and kaiseki preparations and the art of food and sake pairing, will take you on a food adventure! The dishes are prepared using The Philosophy of Five- “Gomi”, "Goshiki" and "Goho" (which means five flavours, colours, and methods of preparation respectively). It is a culinary approach based on the ancient Japanese principle that appeals to the five senses!

Restaurant Imamura is located in Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa within the tall stone walls of a historic 1,600 square feet building and it welcomes you with a stoned path. This place exudes a tranquil ambience and it will make you feel like you are in Japan!

In the restaurant, get greeted by a 13-seater counter where you can have can indulge in the experience of watching your dishes getting ready by Chef Imamura.
