Taiga Dining is an 11-seater Japanese fine dining restaurant that serves an Omakase menu based on the finest seasonal offerings prepared by Taiga Kanekuni, Taiga's chef and founder. He has more than 20 years of experience as a Shokunin of Edomae sushi restaurants in Niigata and Tokyo before coming to Singapore.
