Welcome the Year of the Rabbit at Jidai Restaurant with Chef-Owner Darwin Wong's creation of Chinese New Year delicacies infused with French flair. Tuck into their Chinese New Year reunion set menus (for 3-4 Pax at $238++). It features dishes such as Black Truffle Nori Pen Cai served with premium ingredients- including abalone, fish maw, and Chinese mushroom. Then, braised to perfection in Chef Darwin’s house-made stock. This dish also has a refreshing French twist – dusted with black truffle and nori.

Next is the traditional Cantonese dish, Eight Treasure Basmati Rice in Lotus Leaf, served with chunks of French deep-sea crab and chestnut. It is cooked with Basmati rice instead of glutinous rice for its distinct fragrance and light and fluffy bite.
