Japanese sandwiches, also known as sando- made with katsu or beef sandwiched between shokupan (milk bread), are winning the hearts of Singaporeans. 1. Boyutei
A new café concept, Boyutei, by one Michelin-starred restaurant, Whitegrass, and Hvala, has opened its door early this year, dishing out contemporary Japanese-French fusion delights!
Indulge in their Ebi Katsu Sando ($22) served with a Japanese sandwich and crispy golden-brown deep-fried prawns accompanied by tomatoes, shredded cabbage, cucumbers, tatar sauce, and homemade chilli sauce.
