OUMI is a modern Japanese Kappo Dining restaurant that serves contemporary Japanese ‘Kappo’ cuisine (meaning ‘to cut and cook’). Each dish is expertly prepared to showcase the natural freshness and flavours of the ingredients through its classic cooking method. Get to indulge in the experience of watching the chef prepare and cook up your meals in its open kitchen.
The 4-Course Lunch Menu is priced at $65++ per pax. It includes dishes like Kabocha Uni Tofu, Shio Koji Teppan Chicken, Buta Kakuni, and more. They also have a la carte dishes that include Gyutan Yaki ($30), Gindara Misoyaki ($50), and more.
OUMI also offers a 7-Course Omakase Menu with dishes like Foie Gras Monka, Kohitsuji Yaki, and more, priced at $228++ per pax.
