Celebrate this joyous season with Alice Boulangerie's four-course dinner festive menu ($75++ for one pax / $138++ for two).  Begin with their aromatic house-baked herb dinner roll, paired with a unique sweet-and-savoury maple and bacon butter created exclusively for this festive occasion. Next, delight in the Smoked Duck Croquette, a deep-fried canapé filled with smoked duck and cheddar, complemented by French chestnut puree and cherry compote.

For the appetizers, choose between the Burrata Beetroot Salad, featuring greens, Italian burrata, pickled beetroot, charred golden beetroot, and more. Or the Cioppino Stew, highlighting black Spanish mussels and halibut served in a savoury seafood broth enriched with tomatoes, white wine, prawn, and lobster.

Continuing to the main courses, there are three delightful choices available. These options include the luxurious MB9 Wagyu Flap ($15 supplement), highlighting succulent full-blood wagyu boasting a marbling score of 9+. There is also the Duck Confit, featuring tender slow-cooked French duck elevated with a mustard jus. Alternatively, you can opt for the Chicken Roulade, comprising juicy chicken thigh rolls filled with sauteed mushrooms and leeks mixture.

For big group dining, take it up a notch with their party packages at $400 (5 pax) and $800 (10 pax), featuring other premium meat cuts such as Kagoshima Sirloin and Combo (2x Set A). (9) Dew by Whitegrass

Dew by Whitegrass at CHIJMES is a new casual off-shoot by Michelin-starred Whitegrass, offering curated small plates with Asian touch. In this cosy and laidback space, sake connoisseurs can indulge in a wide variety of boutique sake labels, not commonly found in Singapore.

In anticipation of the upcoming jolly holidays, Dew by Whitegrass premieres a Festive Menu for Two ($180 for 2pax), a five-course limited-time menu. Start with the Now & Then- scallops and octopus carpaccio, served with caviar, kujobegi and wasabi dressing. Warm up with a Souperb of chicken and Iberico pork comsommé, served with a twist pie baked from black olives, black pepper and anchovies. Mains include the Xmas Elf- house-made orecchiette with crispy ham in broccoli sauce, followed by the Quack’s Quack of roasted maple leaf duck with yuzu pepper and red wine sauce. Sweeten things up with Multiple Stories- a delicate matcha tart with marinated strawberry and cream cheese mousse.

ENChanko Hotpot & Kamameshi, the latest concept by Japanese F&B EN Group, presents Japanese traditional Chanko Hotpot and Kamameshi in VivoCity. Enjoy communal dining up to 12 pax per table, at the only Chanko Hotpot specialty restaurant in Singapore.

Chanko Nabe is a heartwarming hotpot stew, offering nutritious ingredients simmering in a flavourful broth. Choose from three Chanko Nabe, Signature Tori Chankonabe (Chicken, $58 for 4 pax, $30 for 2 pax), Buta Motsu Chankonabe (Pork, $65 for 4 pax, $35 for 2 pax) and Kaisen Chankonabe (Seafood, $75 for 4 pax, $39 for 2 pax).

We enjoyed the nourishing chicken collagen soup of the Signature Tori Chankonabe and the generous plethora of ingredients including Jitori chicken, housemade chicken tsukune, Beijing cabbage, Japanese mizuna, shimeji mushroom, Japanese glass noodles, pressed tofu, carrot, Japanese leeks, beansprout special silver and mochi kinchaku. 

In addition, get your carb fix with ENChanko & Kamammeshi’s 10 choices of Kamameshi sets (from $14++ per set), served with an appetiser, asari clear soup and mini chawanmushi.
