Gram Pancakes: New Opening At Waterway Point With Limited Edition Hershey’s Lava Choc Soufflé Pancakes!
When it comes to incredibly soft, fluffy, and jiggly soufflé pancakes, nothing beats Japanese Pancakes! Gram Pancakes is no stranger to pancake lovers in Singapore — with its first doors opening at Vivo City back in 2019. Well-known for its fluffy, three-stack premium pancakes. gram’s soft-as-a-sponge premium pancakes deliver an experience only offered at gram. It has opened a second branch at family-friendly heartland mall — Waterway Point today, on the 12th of July 2021!
First Look - The Interior
Every visit to Gram is created to replicate a secret getaway to a garden Eden in Osaka, with hand-drawn murals of swings hanging from life-sized tree installations. Like its pancakes, it hopes to transport all guests to a sweet dreamland on Cloud Nine, where every bite carries mind, spirit, and palate to lands faraway.

With its grand opening, Gram has joined arms with Hershey’s for a special Gram x Hershey's Premium Chocolate Lava Pancakes, available exclusively at the Waterway Point outlet only! Expect the same light-as-air Gram pancake made doubly indulgent with rich Hershey’s chocolate, both in the batter and oozing out from its center. For chocolate lovers, it’s definitely a dream come true. The chocolate’s not too jelat - but I’ll recommend sharing this with a friend!
Gram Café & Pancakes also prides itself on its butter, sauces, and cream toppings, all of which are made in-house!
This pancake comes with the standard toppings of Gram original butter and fluffy homemade
whipped cream, along with Hershey's chocolate sauce and a handful of Hershey's Kisses chocolates!
We went straight for the stack and we were greeted with warm oozing chocolate lava in the middle. Check out our beautiful mess above. Gram pancakes really outdid our expectations! The pancake itself is not thick at all, super light and airy which goes super well with the thick chocolate ganache. Note that this special collaboration is only available at the Waterway Point outlet for a period of 3 months!
New Souffle Pancake Flavours
[Left to Right] Famed for its cloud-like texture and buttery aroma, the outlet exclusives include the Mango Premium Pancakes ($18.90), Lotus Biscoff Premium Pancakes ($18.90), and Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Premium Pancakes ($18.90) with its special opening.
We went with the Lotus Biscoff Premium Pancakes ($18.90), which comprises of two stacks of signature soufflé pancakes topped with Lotus biscoff sauce and crumble, whipped cream, strawberries and blueberries! Personally love cookie butter on top of anything so i’m definitely impressed.
The biscoff sauce went perfectly with the pancakes and the airy whipped cream! Oishiiiiiiiiiii!
New Savoury Food Featuring Mini Dons & Pasta!
Mini Dons (from $7.90 to $11.90). The petite-sized rice bowls are topped with ingredients like Sliced Wagyu Beef Fillet with an onsen egg and white truffle purée, Roasted Unagi Fillet with scrambled eggs and sake-infused shoyu, plus other options with Chicken Karaage, Golden Tempura Ebi and Togarashi Pink Salmon Fillet.
Wagyu Beef Mini Don ($11.90) — the don is nothing too over the top but for it’s price, we were pretty impressed by the quality of the beef! Afterall, who says no to wagyu?
Another new savory menu item is the Golden Red Miso Prawn Pasta ($10.90), another must-try dish. The tiger prawns were a delight - crunchy and fresh, and the pasta had a delicious creamy tobiko taste! My favourite dish of all.
All-Day Breakfast
For those who love and want their savoury food, there’s also a selection of savoury all-day breakfast dishes like the Japanese-style Pan Fried Togarashi Pink Salmon Fillet (S$20.90), which has a crispy salmon fillet served with grilled potatoes, mushrooms and lemon butter sauce!
