Izakaya Torikin: Where You Can Indulge In The First Matcha Shabu Shabu In Singapore!

Ever tried Japanese matcha (green tea) hotpot? Well, now you can at Japanese restaurant Izakaya Torikin, which is offering this unique limited edition hotpot together with it’s upcoming new menu!

The taste of Fukuoka in a dish

Introducing to you their perfect soul-warming comfort dish, Kagoshima Kurobuta Matcha Shabu Shabu ($58 for 1 pax), served with Bonito soup base and rich matcha sauce. It also comes with a platter of freshly sliced Kagoshima Kurobuta, assorted vegetables, and a savoury Matcha and Sesame dipping sauce.

You can also add-on a plate of Wagyu for greater indulgence!

Then, round up the meal with matchazuke (rice with broth) or udon, available upon add-on at $6.

For matcha lovers, we know you’ll definitely not regret it!
