From now till 28 February 2023, make your way down to Kuriya Japanese Market's Winter Fair to find a selection of snow crabs (Zuwaigani) delights- packed with snowy white tender meat, bursting with sweet and savoury umami flavour.

Look forward to Zuwaigani Kaisen Box ($16.80) packed with goodness, including snow crab, scallop, salmon, yellowtail, tuna, egg cubes, and salmon roe on rice.
