Introducing Lazy Lizard, an award-winning western family restaurant brand who bagged the Food Masters Singapore Award in 2022, 2021 and 2020.

Cosy restaurant by day, Sports Bar by night
Lazy Lizard has 6 locations islandwide, each sporting a unique interior design concept of its own. At Lazy Lizard NEWest, football fans are welcome to gather, catch livestreams of major football matches over scrumptious bar bites and drinks!

Food Menu

At Lazy Lizard, you can look forward to Chef Werner’s Specials, All-Day Breakfast, scrumptious appetisers, hearty mains- burgers, pizzas, pasta, meat delights and even a kids menu! Check out full menu here.

We visited the NEWest outlet at West Coast and tried several of their signature dishes. For starters, we had Truffle Mushroom Soup ($11.80) served with a slice of crispy garlic bread, and the new Spanish Grilled Spanish Octopus ($28.80) which was cooked sous-vide style before finishing off on the grill. We loved the flavourful cardamom sauce on the side, it went perfectly with the tender octopus.

Be spolit with 11 choices of pizza, you can customise the pizza base (normal, herb, squid ink)! We had the Bulgogi Iberico Pork ($24.80), a delectable pizza with generous toppings of pork, bell peppers and cheese.

It is a meat galore at Lazy Lizard, a wide selection featuring pork, beef, chicken and fish. We loved the St Louis BBQ Pork Ribs, the meat was so tender that it simply fell off the ribs upon cutting. The Duroc Pork used in this dish is specially sourced, to produce the ultimate pork ribs delicacy. The truffled mash potatoes, sautéed mushrooms and garlic confit were also seasoned and well cooked, adding another dimension of textures and flavours to the dish.

Tip: You can swap out the side dishes for salad and fries.

Beverages Menu

Adults can take their pick from beers (bottled and draught), liqueurs, liquors, wines, mocktails and more.

If you are a beer junkie, check out Lazy Lizards’s Beer Buffet- 3 hours free flow beer from 5pm onwards, on every Friday, Saturday and eve of Public Holiday, at only $45++ per pax.

The Ambience

Spot the lizards lurking on the walls of the restaurant. We learnt that every Lazy Lizard outlet adheres to different interior design themes, but relaxing and cosy nonetheless.

About Lazy Lizard

You may be wondering what is the story behind the brand name “Lazy Lizard”? This goes back to 2003 when they were preparing for the opening of their flagship store at Sixth Avenue. The team were taking a break, relaxing in the restaurant and discussing about the name of the restaurant. They briefly considered naming it “Sixth Avenue” but dismissed the idea as they may move or open more outlets in future. They were glancing around the restaurant while brainstorming and rested their gaze on a lizard which was just lazing on the wall, waiting for prey. Voilà! “Lazy Lizard” is born!
