Coffee lovers and cafe-hoppers may have already been to Puzzle Coffee, socially responsible Australian bean-to-cup specialty coffeehouse at ION Orchard. In succession of its first Singapore store, Puzzle Coffee unveils its flagship store and second outlet in the idyllic Dempsey Hill, slated to open on 30 September 2024.

On top of freshly ground coffee and signature pastries, diners can look to a new all-day menu featuring a delightful fusion of local and international flavours. Whether it is a leisurely brunch, a light lunch, or a decadent dessert, Puzzle Coffee at Dempsey Hill offers a tranquil blend of artisan coffee and culinary comfort.

Toasts and Pancakes

Pick up on Melbourne’s vibrant café vibes at Puzzle Coffee, complete with wholesome sandwiches and handcrafted beverages. Reuben Toastie ($20) is a delightful beef sandwich layered with flavourful beef brisket, tangy sauerkraut, rich gruyère cheese, and slices of light rye sourdough bread. A dash of Dijon mustard delivers a smoky finishing note to this grilled cheese sandwich.

Next, Chili Scrambled Eggs ($26) packs some serious heat and spice with fluffy scrambled eggs served atop a grilled sourdough toast that has been spread with a layer of tangy homemade chilli jam. Spice lovers will enjoy this homemade blend of fresh tomatoes, chilli peppers and other spices. P.S The chilli jam may be a tad too spicy for those who do not take spices well.

Perfect for kids and those with a sweet tooth, Puzzle Coffee’s signature Buttermilk Pancakes ($25) presents a fruity paradise with an array of fresh fruits and mixed berry compote nestled between three pieces of pancakes.

A refreshing all-day option is the Chia Seed Pudding ($17), creamy and chewy chia seed pudding topped with dragonfruit sorbet, toasted coconut flakes and fresh fruits.

Salad and Pasta

Fancy some fresh greens and scrumptious pasta? Inspired by the classic 'Som Tam', Thai Mango Salad ($24) will awaken your tastebuds with house-made cold-pickled green mango, crunchy bean sprouts, and chopped mint and coriander. The homemade candied peanuts and crispy shallots balance the refreshing greens with a burst of sweetness.

A simple yet sophisticated dish is the Prawn Linguine ($30), al-dente pasta loaded with juicy prawns and wrapped in a flavourful sauce made with capers, cherry tomatoes, white wine and more.

Desserts & Beverages

Matcha Lava Cake ($22) is a match made in heaven for matcha and chocolate lovers. Baked with almond flour, the chocolate cake houses a molten centre of vibrant green matcha lava ganache, topped with chocolate crumble and a scoop of matcha ice cream.

Cold-Drip Tiramisu ($21) is a must-try for coffee liqueur fanatics. Layers of ladyfingers are soaked in espresso, Kahlua and Marsala wine, topped with a rich and creamy alcohol-infused mascarpone mixture. Brown Sugar Boba Cake ($21) is a cake rendition of your classic bubble tea, featuring a light Hojicha chiffon cake atop a chocolate base, and topped with cream and brown sugar boba pearls.

In addition, you can find a selection of espresso-based coffee and non-coffee beverages such as Strawberry Matcha (from $6.50), a variety of teas like Berries of the Forest (from $5.50). Fresh Juices ($9) and a small selection of beers too.

Opening Promotions

In celebrate of its opening, Puzzle Coffee at Dempsey Hill is offering two exciting promotions!
