Black truffle season is here! For a limited time only, Ramen KIOU and Sushi-GO are presenting a truffle extravaganza with a delectable lineup of all things truffle, spanning from truffle ramen to truffle rolls.

Ramen KIOU

Originating from Osaka and boasting more than 20 stores across Japan, Ramen KIOU offers a robust ramen bowl marrying the umami earthy essence of truffle with hamaguri clams in a clear dashi ramen broth.

The standout Truffle Seafood Ramen ($22.90) is notable for its enticing combination of Hokkaido scallops, prawns and slow-cooked kata chasu, enriching the broth with a delightful oceanic sweetness.

Meanwhile, if one would like to savour the hamaguri clams in all their glory, they could also opt for the Truffle Hamaguri Ramen ($19.90) which douses ramen in a truffle-infused Japanese clear dashi broth with generous servings of fresh hamaguri clams.

And not forgetting the meat lovers who enjoy ramen chashu, there is also the Truffle Mega Chashu Ramen ($22.90) that is topped with homemade chashu, slow-cooked kata chasu, housemade pork soft bone, and diced homemade chashu so all your meat cravings would be properly satisfied.

The Truffle Fried Gyoza ($5.90, U.P $6.90) would make the perfect pairing with its juicy gyoza laced with truffle, fried and served in tasty teriyaki sauce. Other light bites also include the Truffle Fried Edamame ($5.90, U.P $6.90).
