As I enter the cafe, I was greeted by the magical Heaven Official’s Blessing-themed interior. The space is decorated with standees, wall art, and lightbox displays featuring characters from the Chinese anime.

Heaven Official’s Blessing x ANIPLUS Collaboration Menu

The collaboration menu is inspired by the iconic immortals & memorable scenes from Heaven Official’s Blessing. Here's what I tried!

First, I had the Xielian’s Special Sauce with Mantou. It is a dish that allows you to experience the ways of scrap collecting god. The special sauce is a spicy chill crab sauce, and it is intensely savoury which goes perfectly well with the golden brown Mantou.

Next, I tried Nanfeng & Fuyao’s Chicken Katsu Rice, inspired by the two junior officials. The katsu sauce is both sweet and savoury, but it is on the sweeter side which helps to balance out the saltiness of the Chicken Katsu.

Moving on to the desserts, I picked the Crimson Rain Sought Flower, served with a red velvet lava cake, vanilla ice cream, and cookie crumbs. Inspired by one of the Four Great calamities - the Crimson Rain Sought Flower. The red velvet lava cake is soft and moist, and I was expecting the lava filling to be oozing out. Overall, it could not go wrong with the sweet vanilla ice cream!

I also tried the Crown Prince who Pleased the Gods, a strawberry cheesecake and ice cream dessert inspired by one of the Four Famous Tales - the Crown Prince who Pleased the Gods. The strawberry cheesecake is so smooth and creamy, what a decadent dessert!

For the drinks, I had the Wind Master & Earth Master (Chocolate Mint) and Huacheng (Fruit Punch). The chocolate mint drink is deliciously good and has a subtle mint flavor while the fruit punch is incredibly sweet and refreshing!
