Shop and Dine At Taste Orchard, New Multi-Storey Mall Replaces OG
Adding to the slate of shopping malls on the Orchard Road belt is newly opened multi-storey mall Taste Orchard.
Unveiling five levels of shops and restaurants, Taste Orchard is lauded as a one-stop destination for all your grocery and shopping needs. From Basement One to Level Two is occupied by homegrown supermarket HAO Mart with a mix of groceries, food and beverage options, and restaurants. Taste Orchard boasts in-house Live Seafood and Butchery & Deli Counters coupled with an FYI Live Kitchen housing an assortment of exceptional local culinary brands.
At the Live Seafood Counter, diners can choose from a wide variety of live catch including fresh Boston lobsters, prawns, clams, freshly-shucked oysters ($5 each) and the prized Alaskan King Crab. After which, have it prepared professionally by the chef on-site and enjoy your fresh seafood at a 30-seat dining area.
Meanwhile, the Butchery Counter features dry-ageing chillers that offer over 40 different quality fresh meat cuts such as the Tomahawk and Porterhouse aged in-house.

For enjoyers of the signature wine and cheese pairing, drop by the Deli Counter for an assortment of cheese and charcuterie. Pair it with your favourite red or white at the Wine Bar and Cellar run by Wine Mansion, and also be sure to try the exclusive Taste Orchard Cocktail ($18) concocted with rum and sake.
FYI Kitchen
An acronym for famous, yummy, and irresistible, the FYI Kitchen gathers the most exciting local F&B brands under one roof. From Le Matin’s Seafood Symphony Sub ($24.90) to Casa Vostra’s Truffle Mushroom Pizza ($25.90) and The Feather Blade’s steak ($24), there is a large selection of culinary delights crafted for everyone.
Additionally, Casa Vostra’s frozen pizzas are also available at the supermarket while Feather Blade’s housemade special sauces are on sale at the butcher counter.
Best of Singapore
As the name suggests, this section located at Basement 1 features the most outstanding homegrown brands created and produced in Singapore. Perfect for both tourists and locals, its a one-stop shop for all to to take away the finest local snacks such as Irvin’s Salted Egg Chips and special souvenirs unique to Singapore.
Other F&B options at Taste Orchard includes the wildly-popular Korean fried chicken BHC Chicken, as well as Yole, and Killiney located at Level 1.
Also stay tuned for other exciting food tenants that are in the pipeline such as the second outlet of Warabimochi Kamakura from Japan known for their bouncy warabimochi drinks, Taiwanese bubble tea shop Kebuke Tea Co.’s first outlet in Singapore and other branches of familiar Japanese restaurants such as Sushiro, Chirashi King Kong and many more.
Food and dining aside, the mall also has some fun entertainment plans coming up soon; Chun K, a family-friendly karaoke chain from China will be taking up 7,000 sq ft of space on Level 4.
