We know that spring has arrived in Singapore when Raffles Hotel Singapore is back with its annual Sakura Afternoon Tea at The Grand Lobby. Dive into an assortment of sweets meticulously prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Tai Chien Lin, who drew inspiration from his travels in Japan during the Cherry Blossom season.

The Sakura Afternoon Tea showcases a three-tier silver stand adorned with pink sweet and savoury delights, including Sakura Tea Strawberry Tartlet, Sakura Raspberry Rollcake, Kanikama Hosomaki Roll, and Salmon Sushi Roll with Avocado. You can also enjoy alongside freshly baked scones, including original, cranberry, and savoury scones, served with clotted cream and exquisite rose petal jam.

Carb lovers, sink your teeth into Kamome Bakery's latest seasonal Spring Series menu baked with ingredients imported directly from Japan. These fresh bakes highlight the use of matcha for an extra burst of aroma, coupled with Sakura flowers to evoke a touch of Spring.

The new lineup includes 4 selections featuring the Sakura Mochi Croissant ($7), Sakura Red Bean Butter ($4), Matcha Ganache ($4.50), and Yomogi Mochi Bun ($4.20).

Tempura Makino never fails to impress us with its ever-changing seasonal menu! This time, you will be treated to sakura-themed delicacies like the Sakura Petals to Platter Set ($25), which comes with a Sakura Ebi Kakiage Platter and Cherry Tororo Himokawa Udon.

The platter offers Sakura ebi kakiage, prawn, asparagus, eggplant, tomato vine, and Sakura denbu enoki tempura. Get a chance to try Japan's viral sensation, Cherry Tororo Himokawa Udon ($9, à la carte), presenting the famed Himokawa Udon in a delightful rosy hue.

It also includes the Blooming Mizu Shingen Mochi ($6), which presents a Raindrop cake with brown sugar syrup and soybean powder. Complete your spring dining adventure with the Sakura Momo Blossom Mocktail ($7), or opt for the spirited version with shochu ($9).
