Kamome Bakery – Simply, Daily- Japanese bakery in Paragon opened its second outlet at Bukit Timah, featuring new seasonal Spring Series bakes on their menu, available for a limited time until 14 April 2024 only. The new spacious bakery cafe easily accommodates up to 34 pax, serving fresh baked goods ranging from croissants, buns, rolls, toasts, sandwiches and specialty ganaches alongside a new Yuzu Series beverage lineup.

Seasonal Spring Series

Exclusive items on the limited-time menu are crafted with ingredients imported directly from Japan, including matcha for added fragrance as well as Sakura flowers for a touch of hanami (sakura viewing) taking place during this time of the year in Japan.

Sakura Mochi Croissant ($7) celebrates the sakura season with a classic croissant filled with seasonal sakura bean paste, topped with a strip of QQ mochi, followed by matcha whipped cream and a dusting of Kinako powder. Bloom in pink with the Sakura Red Bean & Butter Toast ($4) which elevates the well-loved toast with a combination of Japanese red bean paste and sakura bean paste, complete with Kamome’s signature slice of butter for a luscious indulgence.

For the matcha enthusiasts, there is Matcha Ganache ($4.50) toast which incorporates matcha in three renditions– matcha crumble, matcha ganache and matcha powder. Spot the bright and citrusy yuzu peel in the centre.

Last but not least, Yomogi Mochi Bun ($4.20) takes on the unique aroma of Japanese mugwort in Kamome’s signature fluffy dough. On the inside, a generous filling of Japanese red bean paste and QQ stretched mochi awaits you for a soft, sweet and chewy treat.

Other Kamome Bakery’s signature bakes include the Hot Dog Bun and Milk Cream ($3.40) celebrating the softness and milkiness of Kamome’s breads.
