‘Tis the season to celebrate! What's a better way to end the Christmas feast than with Châteraisé's new selection of cakes from its 2022 Christmas Collection- made using carefully selected premium ingredients featuring Hakushu spring water, and milk and eggs from selected partner farms.
Introducing you to the ruby red Xmas Premier Rouge (15cm, $52), baked with strawberry, raspberry, and cassis jelly, sandwiched with a layer of sponge and cream cheese mousse. Then sits on a bed of feuilletine chocolate and a base of dacquoise before it is glazed with a cherry red glacage and topped off with fresh strawberries and blueberries.

Next, Xmas Japanese Specialty (11cm, $45) served with a centre of houjicha cream, matcha cream, and sugared Hokkaido red beans on a bed of sponge made from wasanbon (high-quality fine-grained Japanese sugar and premium rice flour). Finished off with fresh cream icing and topped with yellow chestnuts.
You can also find the Xmas Mango Dream (14cm, $45), packed with mango cream, fresh mango and strawberries, mango jelly, and sponge cake- this is definitely something not to be missed for mango lovers.
