Famed Japanese Teahouse, Hvala, Opens New Outlet In Town, Serving Exclusive Matcha Mooncake with Mochi
Famed Japanese teahouse, Hvala, has opened its 5th outlet in Takashimaya, after their latest Bugis takeaway joint.
The new place exudes the same zen and tranquil vibe, similar to its other outlets- decked with a minimalist interior featuring wooden furniture and tatami cushions, decorated with Japanese scrolls and plants.
Expect to find an array of desserts like Warabi Mochi ($6.20), Chaffogato ($7.90), Matcha Mont Blanc ($8.90), Dairy-free Waffles served with a scoop of oat milk or matcha °1 gelato ($12.90), and more.
Hvala also offers a wide selection of drinks like Matcha Hojicha Latte ($5.90 for Hot, $6.9 for Iced), Yuzu Ice Blend ($7), and Single Cultivar Matcha ($14.90).

To celebrate its new opening, they are serving exclusive Matcha Mooncake with Mochi (vegan), filled with rich matcha mung bean paste and soft mochi. Available only at Takashimaya outlet from now till 10 September 2022- with limited quantity.
