This September, Kanada-Ya is launching an exciting dine-in promotion across all outlets.

Special Ramen

If you are new to Kanada-Ya, there are 3 levels of ramen (Basic, Regular, Special) available across its signature ramen menu. The quantity and variety of toppings typically increase with each upgrade. For instance, a bowl of Tonkotsu Mix Ramen (Basic) $15.90++ gets you 3 slices of chashu belly, wood ear fungus, spring onion and 1 piece of onion. An upgraded Tonkotsu Mix Ramen (Special) $19.90++ will include additional toppings such as extra slice of chashu belly, 1 hanjuku egg and 1 piece of tokudai nori.

We ordered this light yet flavourful ramen which is a perfect concoction of tonkotsu and chicken paitan broth.

Next, we had the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen Ramen (Special) $20.90++ which comes with 4 slices of chashu belly, beansprout, spring onion, hanjuku egg, shredded chilli pepper and 1 piece of tokudai nori. We have to admit that their homemade fiery hot chilli paste packed a punch, definitely not for the faint hearted. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the spiciness. Do order this if you would like a change from a regular tonkotsu ramen.

Other signature ramen include Kana Kotteri Tonkotsu Ramen- Kanada-San’s original recipe featuring thick and creamy tonkotsu broth, and Black Garlic Ramen- a blend of their homemade fragrant and smoky black garlic sauce with Tonkotsu broth.

Side Dishes

Feeling peckish? Check out their Chicken Karaage $6.90- home made fried chicken, juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Other options include Crab Cream Korokke $9.90++ and all-time favourite Gyoza $5.90.
