From now until 30 September 2023, indulge in an ultimate black gold experience- Truffle Ramen ($17.50), available at all Sō Ramen outlets. This truffle delicacy features Sō’s Signature Shoyu Broth delicately infused with Italian Black Truffle Patè and Truffle Oil, topped with smoky yet tender Cha Shu slices.

UOB cardholders with the valid credit/debit card will enjoy a 10% off Truffle Ramen.

Choose from two options: Truffle Ramen Ala Carte ($17.50) or Truffle Ramen Set ($18.90)- 3pcs Crispy Chicken Gyoza + Choice of Iced/Hot Green Tea. The truffle was aromatic and uplifted the overall flavour profile of the ramen. In contrast, the broth was delicately light, taking the edge off the robust truffle.

Grand Tonkotsu Ramen

We also had the Grand Tonkotsu Ramen ($17.50) aka the crowd favourite, there are 3 cuts of pork topped with fragrant black onion sauce and seaweed. The tonkotsu broth was flavourful and the noodles were cooked al-dente. This is a classic ramen choice, perfect for satisfying your ramen craving.

At Sō Ramen, you can look forward to an extensive ramen soup base selection featuring Shoyu, Uobushi Tonkotsu, Spicy Tonkotsu and Tonkotsu. You can also choose from 2 types of noodles- Hosomen (white, thin & straight noodles) or Chijiremen (yellow, curly and springy noodles). In addition, there is also a wide variety of rice, toppings and side dishes options available. Check out their full menu here.
