NANI’s Picks
All in all, the premium fresh cream adorning Châteraisé cakes were indeed outstanding, it elevated the overall cake quality and freshness. In addition, using Natural Spring Hakushu Water in cake baking was also ingenious, the clear water drew out the natural flavour and aroma of each ingredient used.

Out of all the cakes mentioned above, we tried the new Jewel Mousse, Blueberry Garden and Strawberry Mille Crepe. We loved the beautiful Jewel Mousse which tasted as good as it looked. We certainly enjoyed the myriad of textures; from the cassis jelly, decadent cheese cream mousse to the white chocolate and crumbly cookies. If you would like to get more than one cake for your family, we also recommend the Strawberry Mille Crepe! I mean, who can resist a light and airy strawberry mille crepe?
