Go on a culinary journey across diverse international cuisines, including Japanese, Chinese, French, and Thai, from 21 participating restaurants and indulge in the perfect pairing of sake and seafood dishes.

This year, JFOODO has also appointed sake consultants, Mr Adrian Goh- Marketing Director of international sake distribution company, Inter Rice Asia, and Joshua Kalinan- Singapore's first Sake Sommelier of the Year 2018, to work with participating restaurants through sake tastings and educating restaurants on how sake helps to enhance specific seafood flavours, and more.
