Hokkaido Festival Buffet Menu
As part of the Hokkaido Festival Buffet, indulge in the Winter Seafood Platter, featuring succulent oysters, sweet snow crab, and tender abalone. For the ultimate flavour experience, you can grill them (the recommended method), or you can also let them simmer in the soup for a comforting, savoury twist.
For the soup base, we opted for their new Cheese Soup, which includes an additional bowl of cheese for an extra cheesy kick. The result was a perfectly cheesy, rich, and flavourful broth that was both satisfying and indulgent. This option is especially great for families dining with children, as it is sure to be a hit with the little ones.
You can order the Snow Crab Sushi Roll that is packed with soft and fluffy Japanese sushi rice, cucumbers, tamago and tender snow crab, then sprinkled with tobiko.
You can also savour the finest cuts of the season with melt-in-your-mouth Hokkaido Pork Collar, buttery Hokkaido Pork Belly, and tender Hokkaido Pork Jowl.
For a sweet ending to your meal, finish off with the Sweet Potato Mont Blanc with Vanilla Ice Cream and refreshing Hokkaido Otaru White Grape Sorbet.
