If Hello Arigato hasn't made it onto your radar, they have cracked open another spot at Everton Park back in May, offering sandos that are unlike the usual flavours. You definitely have to get their outlet-exclusive Whisky BBQ Katsu Sando ($18+), sandwiched between the soft and fluffy Japanese milk bread and loaded with crispy fried chicken katsu, melted cheddar, apple slaw, and the savoury Suntory Whiskey BBQ sauce.

They also have local-inspired sando featuring the Kong Bah Sando ($18+), and you can't go wrong with their Tamago Sando ($14+).

5. Tonkatsu ENbiton

Tonkatsu ENbiton is one of the latest concepts by EN Group where you can find quality Yuzu Pork Sando ($17). This pork comes from Kagoshima, Japan, where the pigs are raised on a special diet that includes locally cultivated yuzu.

In addition, they serve up the indulgent A4/A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Katsu Sando ($35) and the classic Chicken Katsu Sando ($12). For those non-meat eaters, they have the Truffle Plant-Based Katsu Sando ($13).
