Nobu Singapore: New Japanese and Peruvian Fusion Restaurant With An Outdoor Japanese Garden
A famed Japanese and Peruvian Fusion restaurant, Nobu Singapore, has finally opened its door at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore! It is helmed by Executive Chef Hideki Maeda, the former Head Chef at Nobu London. Helping alongside is the Restaurant General Manager, Gopi Kanala, who has 14 years of working experience at Nobu’s Kuala Lumpur.
Nobu's interior is decorated with minimalistic wooden furniture and Japanese-inspired ceiling light, offering the space a cosy and zen vibe.
The restaurant also has an outdoor Japanese garden that stuns you with a beautiful view of the Singapore skyline.
They serve a variety of delectable dishes like New Style Sashimi ($32), Salmon or Yellowtail Tartare with Cavier ($44), Miso Black Cod ($68), and more!
Not forgetting its signature Dessert Bento ($24)- serve with Valrhona dark chocolate fondant, and house-made green tea ice cream or vanilla ice cream, Melon Shiso Kakigori ($22), Apple Lychee Pavlova ($23), and more!
