Limited-time Tsukimi Hamburg X Gokoku Japanese Bakery Hamburger (until 31 May 2024)
Hamburg specialist Tsukimi Hamburg by RE&S Group celebrates its iconic tsukimi dish with a limited-time collaboration with sister brand, Gokoku Japanese Bakery, reputed for their authentic Japanese bread made using quality Japanese ingredients and hearty grains essential for daily nutrients.
Gokoku Tsukimi Hamburger ($13.90) comes with a choice of juicy beef or pork patties nestled in a special 5-grain bun crafted just for this collaboration, topped with Gouda cheese, lettuce, pickled onion, house-made yuzu mustard, and a premium Japanese runny yolk. Alternatively, opt for the Gokoku Hamburger ($12.90) for the same meaty goodness without the raw egg. Both options are served with Nori Seaweed Chips. These exclusive burgers will be available at Tsukimi Hamburg restaurants for a limited time only from 12 March to 31 May 2024.

Gokoku Tsukimi Hamburger
Imagine your perfect hamburger with a combination of tastes and textures – sweet, sour, salty – with a bit of crunch. The patty is juicy and flavourful, the bun is soft but sturdy.
Choose from beef or pork patty option. Both the beef and pork patties were delightfully tender and juicy and paired very well with the various condiments bursting with a mix of savoury, sweet and citrusy flavours. The special 5-grain bun was incredibly soft and complements the texture of the patty while cutting through the tartiness of the condiments.
We were pleasantly surprised by the bright and tart house-made yuzu mustard which certainly uplifted the entire flavour profile of the burger with an added yuzu zing.
The Nori Seaweed Chips added extra crunch to our burger meal, and we polished them off in no time.
