Signature Seafood Bucket
Indulge in a seafood galore with (right) Seafood Bucket (Signature Thai Cajun Sauce)- perfect for spice lovers or (left) Seafood Bucket (Garlic Butter Sauce) for an Italian twist. Both versions feature a variety of seafood including tiger prawn, half shell scallop, white clam, black mussel, baby cuttlefish with fried boiled egg, broccoli, corn cob and potato.
Seafood Bucket Buffet Promotion
To celebrate the launch of its latest outpost at E!Hub Downtown East, the new outlet offers an exciting Seafood Bucket Buffet Promotion: $59.90++ per pax for lunch and $69.90++ per pax for dinner. Relish up to three steaming buckets of freshly prepared seafood in either the Thai Cajun or Garlic Butter sauce with a selection of sides such as Spicy Yum Salmon (limited to one order only), French Fries with Cajun Sauce, and Grilled Crab Meat Fish Cake wrapped in Lemongrass. Additionally, buffet-goers can enjoy a free flow of Hoegaarden beer or specialty drinks like Thai Milk Tea.

Raw Seafood Delights
At Bucketta, seafood is also served raw in special renditions such as (L-R) Salmon & Prawn Marinate ($35), Marinated Sashimi Crab Roe ($49) and Koi Beef ($16).
Salmon & Prawn Marinate is a combo platter of fresh salmon and tiger prawns complemented with chopped garlic and bird’s eye chili flavoured with Bucketta’s signature marinate. Served alongside a platter of dried seaweed sheets, rice, and two Thai-style chilli dipping sauces. Another crowd favourite is the Marinated Sashimi Crab Roe which features raw crabs steeped in Bucketta’s signature marinate and served with a bowl of rice. Add a generous dollop of crab roe to a spoonful of rice for a burst of umami.
Pasta
Be in for a treat of pasta brimming with bold Thai flavours. Green Curry Penne with Thai Herb Chicken ($18) adds punchy Thai herbs and green curry flavours to classic penne pasta, topped with slices of tender chicken and seared eggplant.
Thai Favourites
Featuring Thailand’s beloved MAMA noodles is the heartwarming MAMA Tom Yum Stew ($45)- MAMA noodles with seafood toppings such as river prawn, black mussel, baby cuttlefish, fish ball and crab stick simmering in a pot of MAMA Tom Yum broth.
Other Thai classic dishes include the Baked Thai Reang Leaves (Pak Liang) with Mozzarella Cheese ($10) featuring Reang leaves native to southern Thailand, oven baked with a generous serving of mozzarella cheese. Another Thai favourite is Kor Moo Yang ($14)- tender and flavourful grilled pork neck.
